Secured Financing, Vice President - Fixed Income repo trader Who we are looking for Secured Financing is looking for a fixed income repo trader to lead and support the execution and management of the secured financing trading book in support of the growth of the activity across the globe .
In depth knowledge of funding markets and relationships with market participants is required . Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available. What you will be responsible for As Fixed Income Repo Trader you will Lead in managing a repurchase agreement program to facilitate funding and customer demand to enhance net interest income Trade entry and position recon Initiate and maintain client relationships for trading Understand and analyze markets to capitalize on opportunities and effectively execute the team’s trading strategies Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions Analyze central bank actions and the impact of those actions on the market Understand and analyze capital, liquidity and credit impact of trades Develop and maintain trading dashboards using business intelligence software What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role Ability to extract meaningful information and insights from large and diverse sets of data Demonstrated ability to concisely summarize and communicate results of quantitative or qualitative analysis to audiences of varying backgrounds Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills Ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet specific daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines Ability to work with and organize large amounts of data to produce reporting in a logical and efficient manner Ability to work in a fast paced environment at times, balancing several duties at once Understanding nuances of different asset classes including structured products Some experience in preparing presentations for management Ability to support multiple initiatives through independent or collaborative work Ability to be able to lead, implement, and follow through to completion Ability to think critically to understand existing process and identify opportunities for improvement Education & Preferred Qualifications BS/BA (Finance/ Economics) Strong Excel and Power Point F ixed I ncome market experience Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Qlik or Tableau Additional requirements Limited travel is likely required Salary Range: $170,000 - $173,750 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
