Additional information can be accessed at www.bosch.in About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI report development and a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business needs into data-driven insights, building interactive dashboards
- supporting process automation initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and data solutions.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Create and manage datasets, dataflows, and ETL processes using Power BI and related tools.
- Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query) to automate workflows and improve business processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and leadership to deliver insights and recommendations.
- Support data governance and best practices for reporting and analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems/data Analytics or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Solid understanding of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL pipelines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, SQL Database).
- Knowledge of Python or R or KNIME for advanced analytics.
- Experience in agile project methodology.
- Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform certification(s).
