  • We are looking for a forward-looking and deeply technical Product leader to define and drive the strategy for how customers evaluate products through Alexa for Shopping in the Amazon App. This leader will reimagine the product evaluation experience: how customers research, compare

You will own the end-to-end evaluation journey across the Alexa for Shopping Assistant and define how these experiences integrate seamlessly into Amazon Stores to create a unified, delightful shopping experience.   • multi-year roadmap for AI-powered product evaluation experiences including AI Overviews that synthesize product information into concise, actionable summaries, AI Summaries that leverage large language models to distill thousands of customer reviews into trustworthy, personalized insights
  • AI-generated Comparisons that enable customers to effortlessly compare features, specifications, pricing
  • suitability across similar products through natural conversation on Alexa and structured experiences on Detail Pages. 2. Lead the Detail Page integration strategy—determining how AI Overviews, Comparisons
  • Summaries built for Alexa Shopping are surfaced and adapted for Amazon Detail Pages, creating a seamless evaluation experience regardless of entry point. 3. Build the framework for contextual evaluation signals (e.g., "what to keep in mind?", "Is this the right size?", "How does this compare to [competitor]?") that proactively surface relevant evaluation insights at the right moment in the customer journey. 4. Partner with Stores, Detail Page, Alexa, Communnity Feedback, Catagory
  • Science teams to define shared APIs, data models
  • platform capabilities that enable evaluation experiences to scale across surfaces. 5. Drive experimentation and measurement frameworks to quantify the impact of evaluation features on customer confidence, conversion, return rates

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
