Key job responsibilities - Own end to end topology strategy in operations planning and monthly topology planning cycles - Build plan management and network portfolio management - Build and improve topology optimization engine for Amazon delivery station planning - Work with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions like outbound transportation, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning - Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the process, creating additional value
- driving automation - Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion - Deliver end-to-end technology and operations projects, working through obstacles along the way - Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams - Write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals - Perform data analysis and utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenge
- 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of supply chain experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
- communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree
