About Business Finance Center (BFC) BFC manages different aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and commercial /business finance. FP&A includes management reporting encompassing budgeting and forecasting, strategic and customer level planning. This includes the management and execution of the corporate reporting and planning requirements, compiling and analyzing key metrices, identifying risk and opportunities, communicating information to relevant groups and recommending actions to improve financial performance. Business Development Finance (BDF) or commercial finance in the BFC supports the development, planning, implementation
- execution of the corporate strategy within the customer business agreement process to drive business primarily with issuers, acquirers and merchants. We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished leader to lead the BFC. This senior leader will have senior FP&A experience, finance business partner experience
- extensive experience in establishing and leading a Finance Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence, implementing best-in-class financial processes

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large, diverse teams and possess advanced technical expertise with modern financial systems and data analytics tools. - Lead Mastercard’s Business Finance Center (BFC) and drive the adoption and optimization of advanced financial systems and analytics platforms across the organization
- Provide leadership and direction as we expand BFC capabilities and deliver financial results.
- Align the BFC teams in Gurgaon India and Bogota Colombia around a shared vision and drive a high-quality, value-added culture throughout that drives business decision making and builds close collaboration with the broader finance organization, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
- Lead continuous reviews of existing processes to improve efficiency and identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Leverage expertise in Power BI, Python, and Alteryx to enhance financial modeling, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional finance executive leadership to align financial initiatives with organizational goals and financial automation efforts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and the highest standards of financial integrity. All About You
- Has worked in Financial Planning & Analysis roles and appreciates the different data / analytics / insight needs – is able to leverage this experience to build/embed scalable processes. Also worked in Finance Business Partner roles is a plus.

- Has managed a center of excellence organization, demonstrating the ability to establish best practices, drive process improvements, and foster innovation within the finance function is a plus.
- Deep technical proficiency with current financial systems and analytic tools, specifically Power BI, VBA, Alteryx and other data visualization tools a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field required
- advanced degree (MBA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
