Account Executive
- Amazon's Core Shopping team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leaders. This role requires the ability to think and plan ahead, manage time effectively, handle ambiguous situations with tact and professionalism

Key job responsibilities - Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements, including coordination of meetings across multiple time zones - Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation
- detailed itineraries - Coordinate closely with other executive assistants across the organization to ensure smooth operation and alignment - Organize and execute large-scale team events, off-sites
- team-building activities - Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items - Manage expense reporting and procurement tasks using internal tools - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Draft communications and correspondence on behalf of the leader - Support onboarding of new team members and manage team space logistics - Act as a liaison between the leader and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and professional communication
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support
- 1+ years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with executive level calendar management
