About The Role
- Lead the day-to-day operation of your shift, ensuring the safe, efficient
- high-quality delivery of customer orders. Drive operational performance through strong leadership, accountability, continuous improvement

- cost efficiency. Use performance data to identify opportunities and support implementation of new processes and initiatives. Who You Are: Essential Experienced people leader in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, fulfilment, logistics
- FMCG environment. Proven ability to lead, coach
- develop high-performing teams. Strong decision-making, problem-solving
- communication skills. Results-driven, with experience managing KPIs and driving operational performance. Solid understanding of health & safety, quality
- continuous improvement principles. Advantageous: Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG. Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement
