Associate Manufacturing Planner - B shift Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) is currently hiring an Associate Manufacturing Planner to join the Patriot Advanced Capability 3 (PAC3) team located in Huntsville, Alabama .

This role will be involved in production support activities as well as continuous development projects improving manufacturing. Position Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and planning Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to review manufacturing build flows for planning producibility Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to improve product quality and production efficiency Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance overall manufacturing performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience in manufacturing planning & production support Experience in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Experience reading, interpreting, and enforcing standardized manufacturing processes, work instructions, and engineering drawing and process procedures Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning & production support STEM focused Associates degree Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Competent in Model-Based Design Competent in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Competent in MESci or similar Manufacturing system Competent in Material Resource Planning (MRP) Systems (eg.

CompassContract) Experience in CAD software suites Experience in Windchill or similar engineering management databases Active Secret clearance Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
