Configure and manage Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and AI Agent Actions . Build conversational flows leveraging LLMs, natural language processing, and AI prompts . Integrate Agentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external APIs . Develop and maintain Apex classes, LWC components, and Flow automations . Create and optimize data models and knowledge bases for AI responses. Ensure security, governance, and compliance of AI-driven interactions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI solutions. Monitor agent performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
