Our team is is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to help customers realize sustained business value by accelerating their digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will help the customers design and rapidly execute strategic migrations to the AWS cloud and build modern, cloud native solutions that fulfil their highest ambitions. You will work backwards from customer objectives, utilize AWS best practices and design and execute an end-to-end frictionless cloud adoption experience. As a CSM, you are a thought leader with a strategic business mindset. You use your technical acumen, program management, organizational change management
- communication skills to problem solve, challenge the status quo
- align a broad range of multidisciplinary teams including sales, solution architecture, enterprise support
- AWS partners. You will earn trust across the customer’s organization, identify strategic opportunities, uncover AI use cases, establish roadmaps and actionable program plans, capture success criteria, orchestrate advanced technical architectures

- 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits
- successful program completion experience - 5+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience - Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math
- a related field - Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits
- successful program completion - Experience working in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs - Experience in customer-facing roles
