Data Enablement and Reporting Advisor - Evernorth - Remote

Bring data to life in a role where your insights directly influence healthcare strategy and performance. As a Data Enablement and Reporting Advisor, you will design scalable analytics solutions that empower leaders to make smarter, faster decisions.

You will partner across teams to transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights that improve outcomes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Develop scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that provide clear visibility into cost, utilization, and network performance, enabling strategic decision-making.

Design and optimize data pipelines using tools such as SQL, Databricks, and Tableau to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across reporting workflows. Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights that help stakeholders identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting strategies that align with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes. Continuously improve reporting processes through automation, standardization, and performance optimization.

Establish data quality and validation frameworks to ensure reliability, consistency, and trust in reporting outputs. Enable stakeholders through training and guidance on data interpretation and self-service analytics capabilities. Deliver targeted analyses that inform business decisions, validate key trends, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications Required 4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and data validation across multiple data sources. Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, or Finance. Experience in healthcare analytics, including cost, utilization, or network performance analysis. Familiarity with provider reimbursement models or network analytics.

Experience with AI-enabled analytics or process automation. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 98,200 - 163,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
