Global Campus and Talent Events Specialist
About the Role Arm is looking for a Global Campus and Talent Attraction Events Specialist to help shape how we engage, attract, and build relationships with future talent around the world. This role sits at the centre of Arm's global campus strategy, connecting regional recruiting teams, universities, academic leaders, student communities, and internal stakeholders to ensure our campus activity delivers meaningful talent pipelines aligned to Arm's hiring needs and future skills priorities.
This is a global role supporting activity across the UK, EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific. You will act as the central point of coordination and insight across multiple countries, helping ensure regional activity remains aligned, effective, and focused on outcomes.
While event delivery forms part of the role, this is not an event administration position. Success is not measured by the number of events delivered, but by the quality of relationships built, the strength of talent pipelines created, and the impact of investment decisions made.
You should be comfortable coordinating activity, influencing stakeholders, analysing data, and building relationships with everyone from students and professors to recruiters and senior leaders. What You’ll Do Enable Global Campus & TA Events in a Matrix Environment Support the booking and delivery of Arm's global campus and TA events across multiple regions, enabling regional recruiters to activate effectively within their markets. (70% campus / 30% general events incl.
DE&I) Act as the central connector across a highly matrixed environment, aligning recruiters, hiring teams, and stakeholders to shared campus priorities Build and maintain relationships with universities, academic partners, and student communities that support long-term talent pipelines Provide guidance, tools, and structure that allow regional recruiters to activate campus locally Step in to support or lead key events and initiatives where needed, including careers fairs, partnerships, and industry events Drive Insights, Investment and Impact Use hiring data, market insights, and engagement outcomes to recommend where Arm should focus campus investment and activity Evaluate the effectiveness of universities, partnerships, events, and sponsorships against hiring outcomes, pipeline conversion, and skills alignment.
Track and analyse application, conversion, and hiring data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement Challenge low value activity and guide stakeholders towards opportunities that deliver stronger talent pipeline outcomes Share clear, evidence-based recommendations with recruiters, stakeholders, and senior leaders to inform future campus strategy and investment decisions Support budget planning and allocation across regions, balancing global priorities with local flexibility Required Skills and Experience Experience in campus recruiting, emerging talent, university relations, talent acquisition, employer branding, and/or a related field where stakeholder management and programme ownership were central to success.
Strong relationship building and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across universities, recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners. Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to evaluate effectiveness, influence decisions, and prioritise investment.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and composure under pressure. Nice To Have Skills and Experience History working within a highly matrixed organisation where influence and collaboration are critical to success Experience supporting campus or talent attraction activity across multiple countries or regions.
