Associate or Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist – (Associate or Mid-Level) (Level 2 or 3) to support the E7 Program in Tukwila, WA, or Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities: Supports preparation, development and coordination of change management plans and schedules to meet program and/or project requirements Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to change management plans Assists customers with risk assessment and development of mitigation or recovery plans Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of change management plans to support program compliance requirements This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S.

Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or technical certificate preferred. 2+ years planning/scheduling or material coordination experience in aerospace/manufacturing/MRO. Working knowledge of scheduling tools and ERP/MRP (e.g., Microsoft Project, OpenPlan Professional, SAP).

Ability to create/update schedules, perform resource leveling, and track milestones. Proficient in Excel; strong attention to detail and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Level 3 : 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and basic Earned Value concepts.

Certifications (CAPM, scheduler training, PMP) or aerospace experience. Experience with EVM, schedule risk analysis, multi-project optimization, and regulated program support. Travel: Some travel up to 10% of the time may be required Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
