About The Role
The Revenue Enablement Manager owns the programs, content, processes, and tools that keep Crusoe's go-to-market team selling effectively as we introduce new AI infrastructure products. This is a hands-on role: you will run multiple concurrent workstreams and keep them moving without dropping the ball.
You’ll be involved with sales kickoff execution, GTM onboarding, weekly training preparation and scheduling, creating content and tools, as well as continuous improvement using automation. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Enablement and acts as a thought partner with the rest of the Revenue Operations team.
You like to have fun at work, be creative, and solve problems in new ways. You are excited to use AI to build automations and create cool tools for the field. What You’ll Be Working On: Content Creation and Curation Ownership: Create and maintain the field-facing knowledge base (battle cards, competitive matrices, qualification guides), working with subject-matter-experts and keeping content factually correct and current.
You’ll use AI to create interactive training, templates, automation, and define our revenue enablement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Program and Project Management: Build and maintain programs that help drive revenue such as quarterly certification programs, special projects to support new products and product features, programs that support SDR development, programs to improve processes, and Revenue Operations key initiatives.
Sales Kickoff (SKO): Assist on the end-to-end SKO logistics and planning. Assist in producing the “final show” and coordinating all the presenters, presentations, and recordings, etc. Bring your creativity to make the event fun and memorable.
Enablement Systems & Process: Build and maintain the systems, trackers, learning paths, communication cadences, interactivities, and automations that keep the sales org current. Monitor tool usage and evaluate effectiveness. Decide what tooling actually fits the team's needs, rather than defaulting to whatever exists today.
Onboarding Program Management: Build and maintain structured onboarding workbooks, ramp plans, first-90-days curricula and manage access and review cycles for onboarding materials. Build and facilitate in-person training and onboarding. Continuing GTM Training & Education: Own the Sales training calendar, confirm speakers and topics, and keep a rolling training curriculum current (technical skill-up programs, partner-specific content, etc.).
Work closely with Product marketing, Product Teams, Engineering, Sales Leaders, Partners, etc. to develop the quarterly training calendar. Partner Enablement & Certification Tracking: Assist in partner training trackers and compliance reporting, manage certification deadlines, and be the go-to for the field on how to use tracking tools correctly.
What You Bring to the Team: 4-7+ years in sales/revenue enablement, sales operations, or a sales-methodology-heavy role, within a high growth, B2B technology environment. Deep working knowledge of sales methodology: hands-on experience with frameworks like MEDDPICC, SPICED, or BANT, and comfort making judgment calls on how they translate into CRM fields and process documentation.
Technical fluency: comfortable learning cloud, AI, and infrastructure concepts well enough to translate them into sales-usable processes and content. You have the curiosity and drive to want to learn the product so that you can teach it to others.
SKO or event planning experience: has helped plan or run a sales kickoff or similar event: logistics, agenda-building, cross-functional coordination, production start to finish. Program and project management expertise: demonstrated to build and run effective programs that drive revenue.
And an ability to run concurrent workstreams across tools like Monday.com , Slack, and Google Workspace. Communication & presence: confident working with AEs, SEs, RevOps, Product, Engineering, and leadership; can run a room and write a clear field-facing update.
Is comfortable facilitating, training, and running weekly sales “shows” to the entire GTM department. Dashboards: Comfort with building dashboards in SFDC or tools like Grafana a plus
