Role Summary As a P4 Senior IT ERP Analyst (SAP), you are an experienced individual contributor responsible for delivering and supporting SAP ERP solutions that enable Micron business processes. You are expected to work independently on complex initiatives, apply strong SAP functional and business knowledge, and influence outcomes across teams with limited supervision.

Primary Responsibilities Own the design, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP ERP solutions within assigned functional areas Lead medium to high‑complexity SAP initiatives including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions aligned with Micron architecture, security, and compliance standards Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex SAP production issues Partner closely with business stakeholders, SAP development teams, Basis, Security, Integration teams, and external vendors Drive continuous improvement of SAP system stability, performance, usability, and process efficiency Support SAP integrations using standard interfaces such as IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, or middleware platforms Participate in global SAP rollouts, S/4HANA initiatives, and system lifecycle activities Ensure solutions comply with SOX, audit, data governance, and IT control requirements Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and support procedures Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members (P2/P3) About Micron Technology, Inc.
