As the Global Product Marketing Manager – Connectivity on the Digital Health team, you’ll be at the center of that mission, leading global downstream strategy and lifecycle management for the solutions that power ACM’s connectivity infrastructure, ensuring clinicians have access to the insights they need when and where they need them.

By creating demand and enabling scale, you will help health systems unlock more value from their technology and strengthen Medtronic’s leadership in connected care. You’ll bring clarity to complexity by leading how connectivity is positioned, commercialized, and scaled across Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business.

Working closely with professional services, cross-functional teams, and global partners, you’ll shape and communicate how our digital health ecosystem comes to life across the care continuum. In this role, you’ll own the downstream marketing strategy and commercialization of HealthCast™ connectivity.

You will serve as the primary downstream owner, responsible for how connectivity is packaged, positioned, and adopted globally, while partnering closely with upstream teams on product direction and lifecycle decisions. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Product Ownership & Downstream Execution Own end-to-end downstream execution for the HealthCast™ connectivity portfolio across ACM, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy Define how connectivity is packaged and commercialized, ensuring consistency and clarity Lead launch planning with regions, including toolkits, training, sales enablement, and competitive positioning Drive adoption through clear use cases, target segments, and repeatable commercial programs Partner with upstream and regional teams on pricing, forecasting inputs, and product availability to support global readiness Ensure field teams have what they need to sell, implement, and scale connectivity solutions Globalization & Regional Partnership Lead the global connectivity approach, translating regional variability (EMR, IT, workflows) into scalable models and priorities Translate regional market needs into commercial programs, adoption strategies, and inputs to product direction Build strong relationships with field sales, professional services, and regional leaders to remove barriers and accelerate implementations Align franchises on consistent positioning, packaging, and deployment of connectivity solutions Market Development & Thought Leadership Define and evolve the value proposition for connectivity, making complex integrations clear and compelling for clinicians, IT, and hospital leadership Build and scale customer stories, proof points, and reference accounts that demonstrate real-world impact Lead thought leadership initiatives that position Medtronic as a connectivity leader, including external content, conference presence, and industry engagement Monitor competitive activity and broader market trends, using insights to guide positioning and downstream strategy Upstream Partnership & Roadmap Influence Serve as the voice of the customer across global regions to upstream marketing, influencing roadmap priorities for integrations and platform capabilities Maintain a continuous feedback loop between market execution and product development Collaborate internally to ensure connectivity priorities are aligned and integrated across the broader portfolio This role includes approximately 25% global travel Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with at least 2+ years of relevant experience Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability and connectivity (e.g., HL7, FHIR, IHE, EMR integration, middleware) Nice to Have Strong communicator who can translate technical topics into clear, customer-friendly messaging Experience with connectivity platforms and EMR integrations Experience with pricing strategy, demand planning, or product availability processes Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in healthcare MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare management Downstream product marketing, product management, or commercial marketing experience Experience partnering with regional teams, professional services, and field organizations to drive product adoption Ability to build business cases and quantify commercial impact, including ROI and value stories for hospital stakeholders For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$103,200.00 - $154,800.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.

The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
