We seek a proven business leader to serve as Head of Hub PARP for North America - owning the end-to-end business strategy and P&L across the US, Canada
- Mexico. This executive combines deep experience in P&L management and network operations with the ability to influence senior decision makers at enterprise partners and critical stakeholders internally. They should demonstrate a track record of launching new products, building scalable mechanisms
- navigating complex cross-functional stakeholder environments while maintaining a sharp focus on customer experience and financial outcomes. The right leader will be inherently customer-obsessed, able to translate operational complexity into strategic clarity
- skilled at building and developing high-performing teams during periods of rapid expansion. Above all, they must embody the builder mentality that defines Amazon's culture - with the strategic vision to scale Hub PARP into its next phase of growth toward $1B in net savings. Key job responsibilities - Own and manage the North America Hub PARP program P&L, driving continued transformation and cost-to-serve optimization across the network toward $500MM+ in annual net savings - Define and execute the multi-year vision, strategy

The program enables any business with a physical location or apartment building to offer secure package pickup and returns to customers. Our partners can select from various product solutions, including Lockers, Counters
- Apartment Lockers, to serve customers in their neighborhood or building. Our North America team operates with significant autonomy and visibility, working at the intersection of customer experience, partner relationships
- last-mile economics. We're solving real logistics challenges at massive scale - from optimizing last mile package consolidation to launching entirely new product experiences that serve millions of customers and transporters. Our partners range from Fortune 500 retailers managing thousands of locations to local businesses serving their neighborhoods. As we scale toward $1B in net savings, the strategies and mechanisms you establish become the foundation for how the program operates and grows. You'll work closely with Product, Tech, Quality, Finance, Legal, Public Policy

- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience - Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent - Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products
- new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent - Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance
