This is a business-critical role at the heart of our international expansion—supporting new market entries, shaping hiring strategy, and partnering directly with senior leaders to enable scale across diverse APJ markets. This is not a traditional recruiting role.

You will operate as a strategic advisor, builder, and regional talent expert—designing adaptable, data-informed hiring strategies that support both engineering and commercial growth across APJ.
