Oversee business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures. Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote company advancement and profitability. Drive organizational transformation and innovation to adapt to market trends and opportunities.
Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision. Lead high-level negotiations and form strategic partnerships to enhance business growth. Monitor company performance, ensuring that consistent improvement objectives are met.
Report to the Board of Directors and keep them informed of organizational activities. Mandatory skill sets: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
