We need you to lead a strategy to engage the hearts and minds of the Global Services Procurement employees who are delivering world class services that enhance Johnson & Johnson´s competitiveness and improve the employee experience. The Senior Manager will serve on the Leadership Teams for Global Services Procurement and One Procurement, partnering with senior leadership including J&J’s Chief Procurement Officer, One Procurement leaders (including MedTech, Innovative Medicine and Supply Chain), teams at Global Services sites worldwide, Change Management partners and the Enterprise Communications partners.
This role will lead compelling engagement and change management activities, messages, and events that engage and inspire employees and partners to drive enterprise transformations forward and elevate procurement and employee-facing services
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engagement strategies that align with the business partner´s mission, vision, and priorities, ensuring that all messaging reinforces J&J’s Credo values.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees and business partners to enhance engagement and build trust.
- Utilize data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and drive business outcomes. (40%) Lead organizational and employee engagement for Global Services Procurement: design and deliver global town halls and events with timely and relevant topics that inform and inspire, partner with subject matter experts to develop content
- collecting and analyzing feedback to maximize impact and business outcomes. (20%) Lead engagement for One Procurement, developing and executing an aligned global communications strategy across Procurement in Global Services and in partnership with MedTech, Innovative Medicine and Supply Chain. (10%) Partner with change leaders, business partners
- the Strategy/Program Management Office (PMO) to develop overall engagement strategy, calendar
- content across Global Services Procurement initiatives.
- Advise on channel strategy and leverage metrics to inform future communications.
- Work closely with Change Management experts and Responsible Sourcing partners to co-develop communications strategies break through the everyday clutter. (20%) Support efforts to encourage a “one team” culture across all global communicators and ways of working to lead, innovate and deliver world-class employee communications and engagement capabilities. (10%) Qualifications Required A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business or a related field Extraordinary communication skills that fully use written, visual
- verbal forms via integrating all the related methods and technologies Minimum 8 years' proven experience in communication and employee engagement Thrives in fast-paced environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline-driven.
- Polished presentation, writing and organizational skills Establishes relationships across team members – internally, externally and spanning global geographies – and can work up, down and lateral across the organization Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with executives and staff Strong content development and management experience Direct experience working with technology (i.e., intranets, blogs, podcasting, etc.) Able to develop programs from concept through to completion Experience working with and managing agencies and consultants

- Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
- The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
- Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
