Management Trainee Journey As a Management Trainee, you will: Develop key skills to succeed, through exposure, including but not limited to project management, P&L management, product launches, omni-channel marketing, sales operations, strategy, and market access.
Build management and healthcare business acumen through personal development workshops and access to training programs, including immersion stints with field-based teams. Grow as a business leader by working with your project managers and senior leaders who will be directly invested in your development.

Final Placement The Management Trainees will be placed in one of the following roles depending upon the preference, performance during the MT stint and availability of the roles: Brand Management - Designing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing activities of assigned products within a given product line including distribution channel solutions (may include digital, social media , inside sales).
Assists in review of marketing programs and helps implement changes. Assists in analysis of market data to identify key segment drivers. Works in conjunction with promotional and direct-to-consumer teams. Market Access & Pricing - Assist in developing pricing strategies for all products.
Manages contract processing, analysis, and reporting. Work closely with Contract Strategy to optimize contract implementation and efficiency. Business, Strategy & Portfolio - Leading and conducting the analysis of industry and market trends, conducting regular strategic analyses of AZ peers, and contributing to high-level strategic pioneering exercises.
Provides support on planning, directing, and overseeing a wide range of analysis, related to current and future portfolio . As an expert, develops and monitors a range of portfolios. Sales : Leading the sales portfolio for a geography . Working closely with the leadership team and provide a strong platform for continued growth of the area.
Emphasis will be placed on the growth of business revenue, profits, quality of sales and developing talent in the span.
