What you’ll do You manage long- and short-term trading for our power portfolio You continuously optimize our hedging strategy. You manage positions, risks, and exposures in real time. You identify market movements early and translate them into concrete trading decisions.

You continuously optimize pricing, timing, and procurement strategies. You develop a toolbox of electricity products (physical and financial, as well as short-, medium-, and long-term products) and cross-commodity products to optimally implement the hedging strategy.

You interact with power exchanges, OTC partners, brokers, and clearing banks. You work closely with forecasting, data, and operations teams to enable better and faster decision-making. You actively help build a scalable trading setup together with senior management.

What you’ll bring Several years of experience in power trading or energy portfolio management, including hands-on experience working with exchanges, OTC partners, brokers, and clearing banks. Degree in financial mathematics or a quantitative/scientific field.

Strong understanding of European electricity markets (e.g., EEX, spot and futures markets). You think in terms of risk, price, and probability—not processes. You make decisions quickly and can explain them clearly and convincingly. You work with code instead of Excel (e.g., Python, SQL, C++).
