About The Team

• As the Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities and maintenance operations across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient
• high-performing environment. You'll oversee building and equipment maintenance, contractor and vendor relationships, budgets
• driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Leading a team of Facilities colleagues, you'll inspire high performance, deliver against key KPIs and objectives

• cost-effectiveness. What You Will Be Doing: Lead, motivate
• develop the Facilities & Maintenance team to achieve outstanding performance and help every colleague reach their full potential. Oversee the day-to-day operation of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient
• high-performing working environment. Manage and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely
• to the highest standards. Act as the first point of contact for colleague queries, working closely with HR, Training
• other support teams where required. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, reliability
• efficiency. Lead facilities procurement activities, including tendering and RFP processes, to secure best value and effective facilities management solutions. Implement and optimise central Building Management System (BMS) dashboards to improve visibility, control
• performance. Manage facilities and maintenance budgets, identifying opportunities to maximise value while maintaining service excellence. Build strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating contracts and negotiating commercial terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality. Identify, investigate
• resolve operational issues, escalating complex challenges to the Facilities & Maintenance senior leadership team where appropriate. Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions
• all relevant company policies. Champion a culture of Food Safety and Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and recognised standards, including BRCGS and ISO
• promoting a proactive approach to risk management. Conduct regular audits, track corrective actions
• drive continuous compliance across Food Safety, Health & Safety
• other regulatory standards. Promote a strong safety culture by reporting incidents promptly, encouraging colleagues to raise concerns
• taking responsibility for maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. Who You Are: Essential Proven experience in facilities and maintenance management, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices
• facilities operations. Experience managing maintenance budgets, projects
• contractors to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions. Solid understanding of health & safety legislation, compliance requirements
• operational standards. Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality management standards. A continuous improvement mindset, using data and insights to drive operational excellence. Ability to foster a culture of high performance, safety, compliance
• accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Proven ability to coach, develop
• inspire colleagues to achieve their full potential. Demonstrated leadership experience managing performance and driving operational excellence. Experience managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes up to and including dismissal. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering
• a related discipline (Master's degree desirable). Experience managing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and waste management contracts. What you will get in return:
