Job Description

  • Job Role A Staff Tech Ops Lead has the knowledge and experience to own, design
  • deliver operational processes, services
  • business functionality within Oracle MOM globally. They operate IT Operations processes and technology, resolve escalations
  • communicate strategy across all relevant levels. They lead and deliver process improvements, leveraging ITIL best practices to build high‑quality processes, ensure operational stability
  • expand advanced industry knowledge. They demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively influencing service providers, business partners
  • Senior Leadership. Role Profile Act as a lead with European finance business stakeholders. Responsible to provide support during EU business hours. Responds to, identifies and troubleshoots escalations of current IT Operations hardware, software
  • processes, using ticket logging application. Demonstrates constant industry & domain awareness of current IT trends. Provides recommendations using continuous improvement processes Has growth mindset of industry & domain. Demonstrates advanced awareness of current technology & Service Management trends. Collaborates with Global global IT and business partners Acts as lead for work provided by a 3rd party Service Provider Demonstrates advanced communications skills to collaborate with business partners, customers and influence Senior Leadership Owns technical & process documentation. (SOP, Guides & Knowledge) Responsible for achieving operational stability & resiliency Drives ITSM & DevSecOps best practice to support changes to IT Services & processes at a high level of complexity Accountable for adherence to Sarbanes Oxley and all compliance standards Strategy & Best Practice:
  • Leads in creating best practices & CSI
  • Drives evaluation of 3rd party engagement needs
  • Leads SOW reviews
  • Leads Development and operational process definition, best practices and standards Talent Development & Evangelizing:
  • Onboards new hires
  • Mentors and provides coaching for others
  • Supports Talent Acquisition process by performing interviews for hiring
  • Champions culture
  • Drives adoption for MOM SDM across IT Subject Matter Expert: Demonstrates expert knowledge Oracle MOM. Is a SME of the end to end business application processes in oracle MOM.
