This role defines the long-term commercial vision, ensures alignment with organizational priorities, and translates clinical, customer, and market insights into differentiated value propositions and impactful go-to-market strategies. The Director partners closely with Sales, R&D, Medical Affairs, and global stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth and strengthen competitive positioning.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy for the endovascular portfolio, including upstream and downstream marketing activities Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights Drive product lifecycle management, including launches, line extensions, and portfolio optimization Lead development of compelling value propositions, messaging platforms, and market access strategies aligned to clinical and economic outcomes Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D) to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives Translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs and performance metrics Oversee product launch excellence, including commercialization readiness, training, and demand generation Collaborate with Sales leadership to drive field adoption, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders Lead pricing strategy, contracting approaches, and overall profitability management Monitor business performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights Ensure alignment with global marketing strategies while tailoring to regional or U.S. market dynamics Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team QUALIFICATIONS Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into actionable plans Deep understanding of the medical device industry, particularly endovascular or vascular therapies Demonstrated success in product launches and lifecycle management Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Strong leadership and team development capabilities Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with ability to engage both internal and external audiences Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decisions Customer-centric mindset with deep understanding of physician and hospital stakeholder needs Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field) MBA or advanced degree preferred 8–12+ years of progressive experience in marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry Prior experience in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional specialties strongly preferred Demonstrated experience leading both upstream and downstream marketing functions Proven track record of successful product launches and driving revenue growth Experience working closely with sales organizations and field teams Previous people leadership experience required Experience collaborating with global teams and managing complex stakeholder environments preferred The base pay for this position is $172,000.00 – $344,000.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
