- We are seeking an Operations Support Manager (OSM) to provide leadership and expertise in our AWS cleared Data Center (DC) community. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of DC operations. The role will function in a cross functional team capacity with impact across an entire DC region focusing on primarily ‘people’ related programs and non-technical projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Human Resources, Health & Safety as well as a background in 24x7 operations. The OSM is a direct report to the Cluster Operations Leader and responsible to assist in the planning and execution of various non-technical programs and mechanisms across the data center region. They will manage numerous employee centric programs and activities focused on the builder experience. They will represent regional perspectives and support all aspects of safety culture in coordination with the Regional Safety Engineer throughout the organization. Further, they will provide detailed support to critical operations functions with cross functional team coordination / deconfliction. This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements. - 2+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience - 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing
- distribution industries experience - 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience - Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above - Bachelor's degree or equivalent program management work experience and 3+ years of supporting teams in a 24x7 operations environment - Relevant experience leading cross-functional teams or projects, relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
