The WW FBA Central Analytics team architects and maintains data infrastructure that delivers critical insights to WW FBA leadership. This team forms strategic partnerships across global product, program, and technology teams to unify datasets, implement self-service analytics platforms, and develop AI capabilities that transform raw data into actionable insights. We seek a Business Intelligence Engineer to drive data strategy and analytics across multiple high-impact workstreams within our organization. This role operates at the intersection of business intelligence, data platform modernization, and AI-powered analytics. You will own end-to-end BI solutions that transform how stakeholders consume and act on data across the organization. Key job responsibilities - Design and develop automated data pipelines, ETL jobs, and analytical models to support WW FBA business reporting (WBR, MBR, QBR cadences) - Build and maintain production-grade dashboards and self-service analytics tools using QuickSight and other BI platforms, serving stakeholders across regions - Define, standardize, and document metric definitions across business domains, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across reporting surfaces - Partner with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Develop statistical analyses, deep-dives, and ad-hoc investigations to support root-cause analysis on metric movements - Optimize query performance, data refresh cadences to ensure timely and reliable data delivery - Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues
- build monitoring and alerting mechanisms to maintain data integrity - Contribute to the design of dimensional data models and star schemas that support both reporting and advanced analytics use cases
- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience - 1+ years of SQL, ETL or Oracle experience - 1+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience - 1+ years of performing statistical analysis experience - 1+ years of developing automated reporting experience - 3+ years of in the job offered or a related occupation experience - 1+ years of using SQL, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Oracle experience - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics
- a related field - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight
- similar tools - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
