The Adventure Ahead 🚀 As our Product Manager for Instructor-Led Training (ILT), you will hold the keys to transforming how global enterprises orchestrate live, virtual, and blended learning experiences at scale.
Operating at the heart of our Admin Experience squad, in collaboration with engineering & design you will solve high-stakes operational complexities—from complex resource scheduling to seamless video conferencing integrations—directly impacting how millions of learners engage with live training.
This is your opportunity to turn administrative heavy-lifting into an elegant, automated superpower, positioning Docebo as the undisputed leader in modern workplace education. The Day-to-Day 📅 Captain the Backlog: Own, groom, and ruthlessly prioritize the ILT squad backlog, ensuring every sprint perfectly aligns with our broader product vision and high-impact strategic roadmap.
Translate Problems into Code: Transform complex training delivery friction points into crystal-clear user stories, robust functional specs, and airtight acceptance criteria that our Engineering and QA can seamlessly build and validate. Drive Predictable Delivery: Partner closely with Engineering leads to scope out upcoming work, sequence incremental rollouts, and strike the perfect balance between shiny new features, vital enhancements, and technical debt.
Decode Product Success: Define, monitor, and obsess over core product metrics and analytics, collaborating with Group Product Managers, CX, and Support to deeply understand how real people interact with your features. Safeguard Platform Reliability: Keep a watchful eye on error rates, booking conflicts, and scheduling stability, diving deep with Engineering to proactively squash regressions and optimize technical hotspots.
Act as the Mission Control Contact: Serve as the first-line product champion for our internal Support and success teams, triaging complex queries and turning recurring pain points into triumphant backlog solutions. Orchestrate Flawless Rollouts: Coordinate with cross-functional allies to champion release readiness, producing top-tier documentation and implementing smooth, phased feature-flag deployments.
Your Superpowers ⚡ SaaS Execution Champion: You bring 4+ years of product management experience within fast-paced SaaS environments, backed by a proven track record of managing backlogs and shipping high-quality digital products to production.
Master of the Training Domain: You possess deep structural knowledge of Instructor -Led Training (ILT) sessions, complex resource coordination, scheduling workflows, and a strong understanding of web-based SaaS architecture (APIs, rules engines, and data configuration).
Previous experience in LMS or TMS platforms is considered a strong plus. Data-Driven Decision Maker: You don’t rely on guesswork; you possess an analytical mindset that is completely comfortable navigating product analytics platforms and leveraging operational metrics to guide your roadmap.
Crystal-Clear Communicator: You excel at breaking down intricate technical edge cases and business rules into beautifully structured, easily digestible narratives for both engineering squads and non-technical stakeholders. True Agile Collaborator: You thrive in cross-functional Agile environments, acting as a trusted peer to Engineering and Design while utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence to keep globally distributed teams perfectly synced.
Systems Thinker with Empathy: You possess intense customer empathy for administrators and learners alike, balancing an obsession with tiny operational details and edge cases with a macro view of how changes ripple across the platform.
