Roles & Responsibilities : Solution Design & Implementation Lead end-to-end implementations of EWM with Material Flow System (MFS) integration.
- Design and configure: Warehouse structure and activity areas Storage control and process-oriented storage control (POSC) Layout-oriented storage control (LOSC) Handling Unit (HU) management Wave management and labor management
- Configure and support EWM MFS components, including: Communication channels (TCP/IP, PLC interfaces) Telegram configuration and queue management Routing and conveyor logic Resource management for automated equipment
- Design high-availability and performance-optimized MFS architecture.
- Integrate MFS with ASRS (Automate Storage & Retrieval Systems), Conveyor and sortation system and robotics Provide solution documentation including functional specifications and test scripts. Open to travel Educational qualification: Experience : 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in EWM. Mandatory/requires Skills : Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle EWM MFS integrations. Strong configuration expertise in core EWM processes (inbound, outbound, internal movements). Strong expertise in Storage control (POSC/LOSC), HU management, Queue and resource management, RF framework Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills Preferred Skills : Experience in highly automated distribution centers (high-bay warehouses, pharma, chemical, retail, automotive). Knowledge of ABAP debugging for MFS troubleshooting. Exposure to SAP Event Management or real-time tracking integrations. SAP EWM certification. with Experience with non-SAP WCS/WMS integration. German language is an added advantage –
