CVS Health is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for driving business results. As a member of the team, you will help manage our direct-to-customer communications through our CRM lifecycle journeys. You will develop strong relationships with marketing strategists, marketing operations, and others to optimize the planning process and build an understanding of the business, our customers, and goals.

Your role will include translating strategic intent into cohesive, executable plans. You will present your plans to gain alignment and drive teams towards flawless execution. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of managing many projects simultaneously and partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders.

He/she will be highly organized yet flexible, have a strong attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written. He/she will be comfortable working in an environment of ambiguity and change as we continuously optimize to exceed our customers' expectations and build our future marketing objectives.

Your responsibilities will include: Build relationships with stakeholders, both upstream and downstream in the marketing campaign development process Help drive adherence to annual & quarterly planning processes, ensuring our team keeps laser-focused on work with the highest value Develop an understanding of multiple strategic objectives and make recommendations on the most effective way(s) to support them.

Develop an understanding of current & upcoming new system capabilities and their potential impact on assigned projects Partner with Marketing Operations to understand how campaigns and customer journeys are built to influence recommendations for future campaign execution Participate in lifecycle marketing PODs to gain customer insights, review results and brainstorm new ideas Use results to help frame new recommendations for placements of front store channel initiatives Translate high-level strategic intent into cohesive, executable specifications that act as the source of truth and enable us to deliver the intended results and learnings across our owned marketing channels.

Attend (and sometimes lead) cross-functional kickoff meetings to share & gain alignment on plans developed in a way that leads to flawless execution and delivers expected learnings for future communications Incorporate testing, working with analytics and strategy partners to gain learnings that optimize the customer experience and business results.

Strategic point of contact to help resolve issues that arise during the project execution phase Communicate with 3rd party providers regarding upcoming projects to ensure proper scheduling and deployments Identify opportunities for process improvements and plans to mitigate any risks This position is based out of our Woonsocket, RI office and is currently operating as a hybrid model (2-3 days in the office and remaining days working from home.

Preferred location is Woonsocket, RI; Alternative location is Chicago, IL). Required Qualifications 2+ years of related experience in marketing campaign, project or program management Basic working knowledge of Excel Preferred Qualifications Loyalty or Lifecycle marketing experience in retail, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, OR related consulting environment CRM or personalization experience with Email, Direct Mail, SMS/Push Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot and OneDrive) Experience using Adobe Workfront or other similar marketing project tracking software Excellent communicator, both verbal and written Shown ability to work across multiple, simultaneous projects with high time demands and meet critical deadlines A real passion for understanding and meeting customer preferences & driving business results Highly organized with exceedingly strong attention to detail Proven track record of delivering high levels of service to internal and external customer Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
