As a Service Transition Management- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks.
Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of processes, tools, and services to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others.
You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your project management, technology, and process optimization skills to deliver impactful services. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, all while upholding professional and technical standards
Responsibilities
Managing service transition and delivery teams to optimize client operations and reduce costs - Experience with SAP/ERP transitions is a plus. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. -Project Management, Risk & Budget Management -ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services -Process Mapping and Re-engineering -Understanding of Technologies (Infra &/or App) and keenness to invest in learning new technologies - Planning and executing project management initiatives to meet client objectives and timelines - Utilizing digital transformation techniques to improve service quality and client satisfaction - Designing and overseeing deliverable planning to validate alignment with client needs - Building meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address service requirements - Navigating complex situations to deliver high-quality managed services solutions - Leveraging learning agility to adapt to changing business contexts and client demands - Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with firm guidelines and code of conduct What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Excelling in Automation Framework Design and Development - Demonstrating proficiency in Continuous Process Improvement - Utilizing skills in Deliverable Planning and Delivery Excellence - Engaging in Digital Transformation initiatives - Applying Project Management and Project Planning techniques - Building meaningful client connections in Managed Services - Navigating complex situations with learning agility Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
