In This Role, You Will

  • Work closely with FiNet business owners and divisional leaders to ensure the timely execution and delivery of brokerage transactional and service support functions for clients
  • Financial Advisors across multiple sales locations.
  • Serve as primary escalation point of contact for operational and service inquiries from FAs, FiNet business owners, the back office, clients, and other operational associates.
  • Act as a resource to provide coaching for FiNet practices toward adoption of new business tools and applications.
  • Play a critical role in assisting FiNet Business Owners
  • Divisional leaders to execute the service and support model that allows them to onboard, retain and develop Client Associates while delivering superior service to clients.
  • Serve as the key contact for operational risk management issues across the division and manage service standards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of operations support.
  • Communicate and coach firm operational policy and procedures and ensure adherence to these policies and procedures.
  • Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 2+ years leadership experience Subject Matter Expert (SME) level understanding of operational functions, products or platform tools Strong client service skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Knowledge and understanding of branch exams and regulatory requirements from an operational support perspective Relationship management skills Experience with FiNet and/or independent advisors Strong operational experience Knowledge and understanding of brokerage advisor tools Job Expectations: Ability to travel if necessary, within the division Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing
