- Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain Accuracy levels of above 98 %. Able to meet the productivity target set. Vendor Statement preparation. Credits and Returns research . Payment holds research . Processing & Quality check for invoices matched. Processing Accruals and Payments. Month end reconciliation.
- The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting and bring a minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a similar BPO environment, specifically in an Accounting Analyst role. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word
- Excel (or equivalent desktop applications) is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and a typing speed of 25–30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Have a good understanding about the finance and accounting, dealing with vendors via verbal and non verbal channels. -
