If so, the Canada Operating Unit is seeking a Business Manager to partner closely with leaders to optimize processes, support strategic planning and execution, and drive an effective rhythm of business.

As a member of the Chief of Staff Office, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Business Management community by supporting organizational culture, people governance, and change initiatives. The Business Manager will play a key role in helping teams achieve their goals and drive sustainable growth across the business.

Responsibilities Responsibilities: Partner with the leadership team to help shape business priorities and drive an effective Rhythm of Business (ROB). Support the execution of business plans that enable operational continuity, resilience, and organizational effectiveness.

Collaborate across teams and stakeholder groups to develop, implement, and track strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Contribute to planning activities, including budgeting and resource prioritization, informed by business objectives and insights.

Provide strategic business support to leaders by aligning programs, priorities, and activities with desired outcomes. Leverage partnerships across the organization to advance key initiatives, offer data-informed recommendations, and support core business management functions.

Foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing team environment by monitoring organizational health indicators, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and driving programs that strengthen culture, compliance, and continuous learning.

Identify opportunities to build on team strengths and support ongoing development. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that address evolving business needs and strategic priorities. Apply project management best practices to support the successful planning, execution, and adoption of organization-wide initiatives.

Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.

Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $128,000 - CAD $222,400 per year.
