This role is responsible for improving planning, logistics, customer service, and related data and systems process to deliver stronger service, resilience, productivity, and cost performance. The Senior Manager translates strategy into scalable operating practices, drives standardization and continuous improvement, and partners across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to enable a more connected, data-driven, and high-performing supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the supply chain capabilities and excellence roadmap aligned to business priorities, service goals, and functional transformation objectives. Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and customer fulfillment.
Drive digitalization of supply chain processes by identifying, prioritizing, and implementing enabling technologies, automation, workflow improvements, and scalable system solutions. Partner with IT and systems teams to deploy and optimize supply chain tools such as ERP, advanced planning systems, master data solutions, reporting platforms, and workflow automation capabilities.
Build and enhance analytics capabilities by defining KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and insight generation routines that improve operational visibility and decision making. Translate supply chain data into actionable insights through trend analysis, root-cause problem solving, scenario modeling, and performance reviews.
Establish governance for process standards, data quality, controls, and compliance to ensure consistent execution across teams and sites. Benchmark internal capabilities and external best practices to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and innovation priorities.
Support the design and implementation of end-to-end planning and execution processes that improve responsiveness, visibility, and resilience. Champion continuous improvement methodologies and embed a culture of operational discipline, capability development, and fact-based decision making.
Manage operational aspects of the team, including prioritization, performance, budget adherence, compliance, and delivery of goals within established timelines. Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Preferred
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Experience and Skills Required: 10+ years of experience in project management within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional, multi‑country projects.
- Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting methodologies
Preferred
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to supply chain transformation initiatives (ERP, planning systems, network changes).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Other Languages: English required; Spanish strongly preferred.
