IT Procurement

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement & Sourcing:  End-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, data center infrastructure
• technology services.  Proven experience in procurement of IT infrastructure, software licensing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications
• managed services.  Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps.  Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle, including requirement gathering, market assessment, RFI/RFP/RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations
• contract award.  Drive competitive bidding and supplier selection to achieve optimum commercial and technical outcomes.
• Commercial & Contract Management:  Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, SLAs, licensing models, support agreements, renewals
• long-term contracts.  Ensure timely execution of contracts in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Information Security
• business stakeholders.  Manage contract renewals, amendments, vendor obligations
• commercial risk throughout the contract lifecycle.  Deliver measurable cost savings while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:  Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, system integrators, cloud providers
• technology partners.  Conduct supplier performance reviews, governance meetings
• business reviews to improve service quality and vendor performance.  Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal, Risk
• business teams to understand procurement requirements and deliver timely sourcing support.  Act as a trusted procurement advisor to business stakeholders on sourcing strategies and commercial decisions.

• presentation skills.  Exposure to European procurement and regulatory requirements will be preferred.
