Production Technician II - 1st Shift - $23.20/hr.
Work Flexibility: Onsite As Production Technician II, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging medical device products in a regulated production environment. This role combines technical assembly work, equipment operation, quality verification, and documentation activities to support consistent product manufacturing and compliance with established quality standards.
What You Will Do Assemble components and subassemblies using approved procedures, tools, fixtures, and process parameters. Operate manufacturing equipment including ultrasonic welders, balances, pipettes, dispensing equipment, tray sealers, and packaging systems.
Prepare materials and components by mixing buffer solutions, filling syringes, and completing subassembly operations according to documented specifications. Perform in-process inspections to verify assembly accuracy, component orientation, labeling, and product configuration requirements.
Complete batch records, production logs, and material usage documentation accurately and in real time. Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming materials, product defects, or process deviations in accordance with quality procedures. Prepare, seal, label, and inspect finished products to ensure packaging and labeling requirements are met prior to release.
Clean and disinfect work areas, verify equipment calibration status, and confirm materials and documentation are approved before production use. What You Will Need Preferred High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments.
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Experience operating manufacturing, packaging, or inspection equipment. Experience completing production documentation, batch records, or quality-controlled manufacturing records.
Additional Information Work is performed onsite in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. Requires frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly tasks and handling of small components. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift or move materials up to approximately 25 pounds.
Use of personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection, is required as applicable. Exposure to cleaning agents, adhesives, solvents, and buffer solutions in controlled manufacturing conditions. $23.20 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
