Job Description

- produced safely, efficiently
- to quality standards while supporting customer demand. Success means operating equipment effectively, maintaining quality expectations
- contributing to a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You Will Do
- Safely set up and operate assembly and packaging equipment following standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality inspections and verify products meet established standards.
- Track and document quality checks, scrap, and production-related information.
- Monitor and record machine downtime and communicate issues as needed.
- Partner with maintenance and other departments to resolve equipment or production concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support plant and customer needs. What You Bring (Requirements)
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work 6:00 a.m. – 2:20 p.m. with occasional overtime and periodic Saturday work.
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction.
- Ability to recognize parts, identify problems, and help determine solutions.
- Ability to complete supplemental training, including technical math, basic computer skills, and measuring skills.
