Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Product Manager for Aetna’s Cost Estimator Tool will lead digital transparency capabilities that help members understand expected costs and make more informed, cost-effective care decisions.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define strategy, deliver high-quality product experiences, and continuously improve cost estimation accuracy, clarity, and member outcomes. What You’ll Do · Drive product adoption by partnering with stakeholders and bringing a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and member needs. · Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the Cost Estimator Tool, aligning vision to business goals and measurable outcomes. · Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, clinical, digital, engineering, data, and operations to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions. · Guide teams through discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization, ensuring the product delivers value for members and the business. · Use data, user research, and rapid experimentation to identify pain points, validate solutions, and improve engagement and usability. · Translate strategy into actionable epics, features, and user stories within a SAFe/Agile environment. · Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to deliver on time while maintaining quality. · Define, track, and communicate KPIs and success metrics; use insights to drive continuous improvement. · Stay current on digital health and transparency trends, applying emerging approaches to improve the member experience and support better health outcomes.

What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications) · 7+ years of product management experience, including launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products (healthcare experience strongly preferred). · 7+ years of experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and managing complexes, evolving roadmaps. · Demonstrated ability to use digital engagement and behavioral data to generate actionable insights and measurable results. · 5+ years of experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, using tools for product tracking/reporting and leading cross-functional ceremonies. · 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and/or large-scale programs delivering technological solutions. · 5+ years of domain experience in claims, plan benefit design, or related managed healthcare areas. · 3+ years of hands-on experience in cost estimation, cost transparency, or healthcare economics (health plan, provider, or digital health setting).

Preferred Qualifications · Strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical audiences. · Skilled at influencing without authority, navigating ambiguity, and aligning partners through negotiation and collaboration. · Strong analytical orientation and comfort using metrics to drive decisions.

Education · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
