Write scripts, shot lists and creative briefs. Create videos using a mix of: AI tools (Google Flow, Veo, Gemini, Higgsfield and emerging tools) Real-world shoots using cameras and smartphones Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram and performance marketing campaigns. Create motion graphics, titles and visual effects. Research trends, memes, formats and cultural moments. Help plan shoots, arrange props, coordinate talent and bring ideas to life. Turn rough ideas into share-worthy content quickly. You Might Be a Great Fit If... You genuinely love making videos. You get excited while editing and finding the perfect cut. You spend time exploring YouTube, Instagram and emerging creator trends. You're curious about AI filmmaking and love experimenting with new tools. You have a strong jugaad mindset and can figure things out fast. You enjoy both creative thinking and execution. You take feedback positively and learn quickly. You have a good sense of humour. Skills We are Looking For 1-3 years of experience in content creation, filmmaking or video editing. Strong editing skills in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro. Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop. Experience with AI video generation tools is a must (Google flow, Gemini, Higgsfield) Understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition and sound. Basic camera knowledge (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, framing, lighting). Comfortable communicating in Hindi and/or English. Bonus Points Motion graphics skills. Experience creating viral social content. Experience using AI tools such as Google Flow, Veo, Gemini, Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney or similar platforms.
