As the Wealth Management Recruiting Business Partner, you will report to our Executive Director of Wealth Management Client Segments Talent Acquisition and play a Recruiting Business Partner role to the Wealth Management Business.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between recruiting and the business partners and will oversee the Field Service organization, inclusive of Field Management, our Field Interns, as well as our specialized and highly tailored Club Concierge Program, hiring for our largest Financial Advisors at the firm.

In this role, you will also work closely with our Recruitment Process Outsourcing Partners (RPO). Location : NYC or Purchase (4x per week in office) Oversee the hiring needs for the Field Service organization, partnering closely with our RPO recruiters, key business leaders, and HR coverage partners to execute on their hiring needs.

Work with the Wealth Management business COOs to understand hiring demand plans and develop sourcing and hiring strategies to ensure objectives are met. Oversee the Club Concierge program – white-glove recruitment team for highest level Financial Advisors at the firm in their recruitment needs.

Effectively communicate to senior stakeholder regarding key updates on field hiring Manage RPO team to ensure smooth, efficient and proactive hiring for the Field leaders. Develop reporting to provide visibility to the business on hiring objectives; leverage these capabilities to help the RPO team operate effectively at scale.

Act as key point of contact to the business around broader firmwide recruitment changes and ensure the business’ needs are properly represented. Look for efficiencies in the hiring process and develop recommendations to the business. Work with RPO partners to provide hiring insights around key topics (e.g. competitive intelligence, market analysis, etc.) and develop sourcing strategies in response.

Support the RPO providers in implementing any recommended changes (including process or technology) that will improve the service in partnership with the business. Partner with key recruitment, DE&I and business partners to plan and implement business unit recruiting initiatives; implement strategies to build a pipeline of diverse talent.

Manage adhoc business analytics and reporting around the Field and broader Wealth Management hiring. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years of experience in recruiting, Human Resources, HR Operations, or other relevant Wealth Management experience.

Understanding of financial services industries preferred. Understanding of recruiting and stakeholder management. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
