- YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy and Development: Develop and own the product strategy for our AMR fleet manager Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new product features and enhancements Ensure product development aligns with market trends and customer needs Business Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with OEM robot manufacturers Develop and execute business expansion plans to drive revenue growth Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and close deals Product Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demand and business goals Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product management team Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration
- continuous improvement Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and gather feedback to improve the product Develop strong customer relationships and act as a product evangelist YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in early-cycle product development
- Demonstrated success in business development, including partnership building and revenue generation
- Strong knowledge of robotics, AMR technology, and fleet management solutions
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and communication in both German and English
