As an Employee Experience Sr. Design Lead, Sr. Advisor, you will turn employee feedback into meaningful, enterprise-wide action. You will partner across HR and the business to design and lead activation strategies that strengthen engagement, build trust, and drive measurable improvements in how employees experience work.

This is a highly visible role where your ability to translate insights into impact will directly influence culture, performance, and long-term success. Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of employee experience activation strategies that translate feedback into measurable engagement and culture improvements Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to identify priorities and implement targeted engagement and recovery plans Initiate and facilitate targeted listening temperature checks, focus groups, and employee forums to capture real-time sentiment and insights Enable leaders with actionable tools, messaging, and guidance that strengthen their ability to respond to employee feedback and lead change Lead employee forums and office hours to foster open dialogue, build trust, and ensure employees feel heard and supported Develop and deliver clear, consistent communications that reinforce “what we heard” and “what we’re doing,” ensuring feedback loops are closed Translate data and feedback into clear insights, trends, and recommended actions that inform decision-making Drive execution of activation campaigns, ensuring strong alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables Track outcomes, participation, and engagement metrics to continuously refine strategies and improve impact Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, employee experience, engagement, organizational development, or related fields Experience supporting large, complex organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence leaders at multiple levels Ability to translate data, feedback, and insights into clear, actionable strategies Experience leading or supporting change, communications, or engagement initiatives Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments Background in employee listening strategies, analytics, or workforce insights Experience creating leader enablement tools such as toolkits, discussion guides, and communication materials Strong data literacy with ability to interpret trends and tell a compelling story with insights Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 111,300 - 185,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
