  • other technical platforms * Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions * Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture * Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements * Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health * Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy * Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
