Create and maintain solution validation documentation (CVPs). Troubleshoot customer issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolutions. Collaborate with global teams to define test requirements and automation strategies. Enhance test quality, coverage, and efficiency through innovative automation approaches.

Apply AI/ML technologies to improve testing and automation processes. Support team development through knowledge sharing and technical mentorship. Maintain and contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge repositories. Minimum Qualifications (Must have) We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 8+ years of experience in test automation and expertise in building and maintaining automated test suites.

Strong Python programming and test automation expertise, with the ability to develop high-quality, scalable automation solutions. Hands-on experience with networking technologies, including routers, switches, L2/L3 protocols, and network security solutions such as firewalls.

Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation and productivity-enhancing solutions for networking environments. Experience in performance, scalability, and feature validation testing of networking and security platforms. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Leverage AI/ML tools to enhance network automation, operations, and productivity.
