  • About The Role
  • Hightouch is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join the founding Ad Studio sales team. Ad Studio is one of our newest products and lets performance marketing teams build, edit
  • launch on-brand ads at scale using AI, all backed by first-party data. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help define how we bring it to market.
  • You'll be one of the first AEs dedicated to Ad Studio
  • means you'll have real influence over the sales motion, the ICP
  • how we position the product with customers. You're not inheriting a playbook, you're writing it.
  • The buyers you'll sell to are performance marketers, paid social and paid search leads, creative strategists
  • growth teams at mid-market companies who are constantly battling creative fatigue, slow production cycles
  • rising CPMs. You'll help them see how Ad Studio changes that equation. Adtech or martech sales experience is a real advantage here. If you've sold into performance marketing teams before, you know exactly what keeps them up at night and you'll hit the ground running.
  • These are consultative, strategic deals where you're not just demoing a tool. You're helping teams rethink how they produce and launch creative.
  • What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years in a full cycle sales role. We care less about years of experience and more about the impact and results of your work
  • Excitement about being part of a founding team and comfort with the ambiguity that comes with it
  • Background in adtech, martech, creative tools, or selling to performance marketing buyers is a strong plus
  • Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Genuine interest in AI and how it's changing the way creative and performance teams work together
  • Compensation Details
  • On-Target Earnings: $200,000-$240,000 annually
  • We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
