We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Supervisor, with a position based in Lake Forest, Illinois. The Finance Supervisor role for Latin America distributors region directs financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making.
This role bridges the gap between raw financial data and business strategy by building complex models, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and partnering with cross-functional departments to drive corporate profitability. WHAT YOU’LL DO Budgeting & Forecasting: Spearhead the annual budget process, LBEs quarterly planning process, confirmations and monthly CMRs Financial Modeling: Build and maintain dynamic corporate financial models, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet projections Variance Analysis: Regularly compare actual financial performance against forecasted targets to identify spending anomalies, revenue trends, and operational risks.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and cost center owners to track spending, help formulate cost-saving strategies, and align operational goals with financial targets. Executive Reporting: Synthesize complex data into actionable insights, dashboards, and presentation decks tailored for senior leadership and LAC members Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in financial operations, implement automation, and optimize Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) planning systems to enhance reporting accuracy.
Strategic Initiatives: Review capital expenditures, market expansions, and pricing strategies to fuel the region growth. Optimized Gross-to-Net (GTN) revenue models by restructuring rebate and discount tracking frameworks within SAP Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
MBA, CFA, or specialized certifications (such as the Certified Corporate FP&A Professional - FPAC) are highly preferred. 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Cost Accounting, Account and related areas Proven track record of managing people or leading cross-functional financial projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point and hands-on administrative experience with enterprise systems including SAP ERP, HFM, and IBM Cognos. Ability to translate complex data into high-level strategic summaries. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to influence executive stakeholders.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required for day-to-day activities and meetings.
