- certification teams to deliver seamless in-market execution - Relay retailer and consumer insights to product teams to shape roadmap decisions and improve market fit - Track emerging trends and position Ring and Blink as the leading home security brands in the region - Represent Ring and Blink at industry events, PR activities

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Speak, write
- read fluently in Spanish - 7+ years of experience in retail sales, business development
- partner management — preferably in consumer electronics or consumer technology - Demonstrated experience building or scaling a business in emerging markets - Experience managing retail partnerships with major brick-and-mortar retailers in Mexico and/or Latin America - Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
