- This Amazon Exports & Expansions team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help expand Amazon into new parts of the world. You'll contribute to the tech vision, strategy

Customers are able to buy products in local marketplaces their language, using local currency and payment methods. We enable customers to purchase products sourced from local and international vendors and sellers, delivered quickly to their door and at competitive prices. Key job responsibilities As a Technical Program Manager on the team, you will have end to end ownership of cross-functional projects, including roadmap planning, resource planning, stakeholder management
- project execution. You will work closely with engineering, business
- operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, execution
- launch of new features for Amazon's Australia and Singapore retail websites. At the heart of this role is delivery. You will be hands-on in driving the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the project such as project planning, risk management, communication
- implementation planning. You will be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints through negotiation, diplomacy
- sound judgment. You will be responsible for making project decisions and achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus. About the team Expansions team is responsible for launching Amazon Stores in new geographies and supporting their growth in a financially sustainable manner. Our work includes building and maintaining new programs, features, tools
- other central initiatives to help accelerate our flywheel
- scale the operating teams’ output with leaner in-country teams.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
