Job Summary : We are looking for an HR Helpdesk Executive to act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries. The role involves handling end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and general HR support while ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee concerns
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR helpdesk contact for employees and resolve day-to-day HR queries Manage queries related to the complete employee lifecycle (hire to fire).
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders and ensure TAT adherence Required Skills & Competencies : Sound knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions Understanding of HR operational activities & employee lifecycle management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Good organizational and coordination skills Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS
- basic reporting Prior experience in handling employee queries and HR support will be an advantage
